 I stood around in the cold for 1.5 hours to get a nice shot of this damn bird. They only open up their tails when they feel like it (duh) and this guys only decided to show off after and hour and for only 10 minutes. I took a whole slew of shots but this one was the best. I had a hard time getting a nice shot because the lighting was pretty bad and for some reason my shutter speed was very slow most of the time. Here it was 1/250 which is great, but other shots it was at 1/50 or so so motion blur was prominant.

Anyways, hope you guys like it. I really like how the post processing brought out the "eyes" and the "hairs" (?) of the feathers.

in RAW:
levels increase
vibrance decrease
saturation upped

CS2

resize and unsharpen mask (man it does wonders!) + add border

I for one don't think the DOF is off. I think the shollow DOF gives it a very nice effect :)
