 The beautiful Arbutus and Fir of Vancouver Island. Arbutus is a deciduous evergreen with a red trunk and bark.

I'm practicing using Aperture and this is an experiment because I just realized that I've been shooting in Adobe color space. No wonder I've been pulling my hair out trying to get some color to show in the web jpg's. No more B&W for a while.
