Whew! This took a long time!

This is my lovely wife once again. What a good sport!

I took the main image against a white background. Masked off the subject and filled the background with black. I was originally going for a light background but couldn't pull it off within the Advanced rule set.

I had the image on the screen and placed the wine glass in front. I masked off the the image with a piece of black art board.

Positioned the wine glass to fit the body as you see in the image.

I shot several images to get this one.

Thanks to my wife for all her help.

The title is from a poem "Quaff The Glass, The Wine Is Red" by Freeman E. Miller

Terrific idea! A great capture. This one stands out from the rest... I've never seen a nude like this. I think the only things that hurt you on this one was the "pixelated" nude portion and the lighting did not seem to match the subject and the glass. Well, at least that is the only reason I can see why it would not have been in the six range. Still outstanding work.

That's a really interesting and tasteful way of presenting your subject, well done, really nice.

Very imaginative! Impressive deep DOF to get both the model and the glass (which is presumably much closer to the lens) in focus.

This is a very unique image and I think you've pulled off a difficult shot splendidly. The lighting is wonderful and the statement is very compelling. I even kind of like the purplish background although I think I might prefer a simple black do draw more attention to the subject. The hair, back, and arm on the model appear to be "blocky" on my monitor and may suffer from resizing problems and/or overprocessing of some sort. Other than that... GREAT JOB!!! Very creative!!!

I bet you're unique to reflect a woman in a glass ;) never seen that before here on DPC, only different colors of background, you know, stuff like that.

very curious for the setting of this image.

This is well done and as a trick photo great. Unfortunately the distortions the glass create are not so flattering. 7

don't agree with the title, but it is a concept with a difference. Otherwise, I don't see that nudity adds anything to the picture, the pose and expression are enough. Overall image could be sharper.

This actually creeps me out a little bit... perhaps better color would make it a little more interesting. Clever though.

Although highly original, this poorly lit shot hurts the composition. My suggestion: play more with lighting, and improve your Photoshop skills. Great effort though! Cheers1

very clever...must have taken a lot of try-outs. I think I would have preferred this in black and white...well at least would like to compare the two. Great effort.

Good original concept. Non-centered composition and a bit more brightness on the figure would have improved this for me.
