Looks fulfilling to me. But, I don't see it as being much of a minimalistic photo. Negative space doesn't make minimalism, it's just a part of it. But I don't generally alter my vote on DNMC anyway so you're fine.

Needed more backlighting on the subject - the legs disappear into the background, which looks odd.

Could have used the tiniest bit more lighting to get the right leg to show. Right now it's invisible against the background.
