not sure just how emotional you wanted this, but the silhouette and background together keep it from being overly-dramatic... we sense a little of the melancholy but, then again, its just kinda laid back & relaxed. Oh what the hell do i know about art & emotion - i just like your image today!

Uninspired seems to be going around. Half way there, and we're all treading water. Hang in there til you get your second wind. I like this shot, btw. Lots of nice detail, and a perfect silhouette.

What would add some interest to this is you pouring a fifth of Jack down your throat. ;-)
You should do as Shez suggests and straighten your blinds. ...and dust the window sill and wash the windows while you're at it. ;-) Just ribbin ya! |

I realy love the blue tones of this one, and gee, you really do come up with some great ideas, re self portraits.....
I am a sucker for anything blue, so that why I just had to look at this one more closely.
I also had to make sure I did, as I also love looking at your images.
Just a small suggestion, I like to see if you could straighten this just a tad, to have the blinds more vertical.
