 Photographed across the street from Barns & Noble in downtown Washington, DC. I was across the street with my camera on a tripod. I used a polorizer (don't have a ND grad) to slow the shutter speed down as much as possible to achieve the motion blur.

The motion that you have captured here is excellent.....
I also like the long crop style as it help to balance this image.....

What a beautifully majestic facade..they don't make them like they used to. I love the black and white, and the blurred motion. Coffee table, photography book style about it. 9
