Positioned myself so that I got most of the mouth of the river and all of the bend to add detail to the picture.
Fortunatley the river was in full flood so there is a great deal of motion in the capture

The horizon appears tilted to the left. A ship or boat moving out would have helped make this appear as a exit - a present it looks more like a beach scene.

Stunning mirroring of shapes above and below, and subtle meandering of estuary. Like the yellow green on left horizon. (Okay, I'm not the only one to wonder what it would be like if the horizon were leveled).

On a scale of 0-2 in five different categories: Image quality - .5 (the horizon is tilted and would be better straightened I think). Composition - 1. Lighting - .5 (the foreground feels too dark). Post Processing - 1. Choice of Subject - 0 (doesn't remotely feel like an exit to me - sorry). TOTAL SCORE - 3

I love the dramatic feel to the clouds in this picture. The differing textures really make this image unique, and the tiny detail of the land in the background adds a bit of brightness to the image.

Another lesson I learned the hard way, you might want to make sure your horizon is level. The voters here really focus on that. Beatiful scene love the colors.

A bit title dependent. Sky looks oversharpened.

Distracting horizon, but beautiful sky (perhaps a little too blue)
