Those huge dark eyes and the wonderful, glistening curls - what a terrific subject. Good solid compositon. Nice tonal range, but you've lost some detail in some darker sections of the hair which is a bit distracting.

This shot is so great in black and white. Very good full tone range. I love the backlighting. The composition is really nice. Only thing I can suggest would be maybe sharpen it just a little.
