What an amazing self portrait, very compelling. You got robbed, this is def. above 6.0 status, more like 9 for me, great shot! |

great character study, however, it is a bit over-exposed. not that it matters, i just figured i'd toss out a typical comment. hell, i live for blown highlights. |

Wow - I thought I was looking into a mirror! jUsT kIddINg - I'm not that lucky.
This is really well done, and the tone chosen works well. |

Considering the quality of this image, I'd have the title as subject 'I'. "Me", IMHO, would suit something less consciously composed and cared for. Personally, I'd choose a formal name (first and last) to restore the honesty the glasses robbed your subject of.
An interesting juxtaposition of genres, btw, cropped to leave no doubts. -
Treatment, too, is aptly pushed and contained. -
Texture, tone and line stand out as if in a fashion shot. -
The dominance of the veiling elements (shades and hood) together with the tight, straight-on take and near-discomforting proximity of the subject amplify the underlying, inherent dualism that make this image and provide its mysterious energy. |

Very nice composition. Like how the edge of the hood curves around and comes down under your chin accenting the shape of your beard. Also like how it curves out around your sunglasses, highlighting that shape as well. Nice job. 10 |

Me? That's not me. DNMC! :P Ok, I like the hood and the shades. overall this is well captured. I do wonder how this might look if you darkened the left side more so that the hood wasn't visible and it just showed your face fading into darkness. |

next time, ditch the cheap sunglasses? or clean them at least... They are extremely prominent in the picture and don't hold up at all well under the scrutiny at 720 pixels high. |
