Lovely use of selective desaturation - this is so beautiful! I love the fading of the sky from black to white, and the tones and textures of the whole image. But those golden pears add this classy, ethereal touch to the photo... and just that tiny little bit gives this a powerful, brooding, fantasy-like atmosphere. I love it!

I thought this one would have scored higher. Oh well, shows how much I know.

Beautiful selective desat. Great framing and I like the off angle of the horizon line. 10 from me.

I don't get the eggs in the grass. The slant on the horizon is strange too. I'll have to read your notes after.

The selective colour was a clever way to highlight the fallen fruit.

selective colouring really looks bad. would like to see this one in full colour.

Great desat on the apples (pears?). Nice.

Interesting picture, but I don't think it's clear enough about what mustn't be forgotten. Are those apples ? Still gets a vote though :)

Very unique idea. I really like it and it meets the challenge well.

Didn't know where to go with this one; neither the subject matter (lacks connection to the title) nor the execution did much for me.
