I had this idea for this challenge since I saw it, but had not very much time. Finally we could take some time and make the shot and the pp. I love the result. Hope voters love it as well, but I'll not bother if they don't.
PP: ACR, convert to B&W using the two saturation layers method, levels, USM, resize, USM, borders, save for web.

Great composition! Personally, I would do the conversion to B&W in way that would give more contrast to various shades of make-up; but that's just me :) 8!

Perhaps this wouldn't work but I would like to see the same photo with the make-up in focus and the lady out of focus.
