I recently cut my hair and donated it to Locks of Love. But... I miss it! Here is a self-portrait I took while I had my long, flowing locks. Hehe. :) You cannot especially see all of it, though.
Nonetheless, I will post this photo, shed a single tear, and play a tiny violin in memory of it. May it rest in peace (or pieces).
I don't honestly remember the texture I used on the photograph. It was a PhotoShop texture. I no longer have access to PhotoShop, so I cannot say for sure what I used. Sorry! :)
I love that vertical grain. This looks very old timey. Great thing you did donating your hair Yours will grow back and look what it's doing for somebody else!!
Except that (like you say) we can't see hardly any your hair here :( Anyway, Locks of Love is a great thing, I'm proud of you to donate your hair to it.
About the picture, I quite like it, especially the streaky treatment. My nitpick would be that I wish it were a bit wider, that is, that the mouth weren't cut off like that. It's like listening to a piece of music to almost the end and then it cutting out - leaves you not satisfied. Oh well.
