Wow....excellent shot. She looks so familiar too. Is she in the movies, music????

Nice composition. Good range of tones. I ranked this high. I wonder what it would be like framed tighter- from the hands up? I don't know but having so much going on takes away from the model- who is very good. I like this shot.

If this was an intentional setup rather than just an opportunity, I commend you. Good choice of setting. I would have tried to use some fill flash and thus kept a little more detail in the sky. Prolly would have cloned out the white parking line, too. Nice :)

interesting framing between the buses, but the white line distracts and someone has stolen her feet :)

I like this one... I find that it lacks a bit of focus on her face.

I love the framing effect of the two buses in this shot. I think you could probably draw just a tad more from it by applying a blur brush to that background. Overall, a 7 from me.

Ok, there is a ragining debte about people's voting habits at the moment, so i will attempt to give a detailed comment with my vote:

This seems to me like a simple shot that didn;t take muc htime to do. No controlled lighting which is fine if there is something else to compensate for it but htis shot doesn't. It's a basic shot with no capture of a specific moment. it's a girl standing between two buses. The crop is also a little off i find. The feet are cut off which makes it a little ackward i find. The focus is there and you obvisouly meet hte challenge. But it's an average shot. 5

Good photo potential, but a few issues will probably drag your score down to the low 5s...
All of the verticals and the horizon are tilted to the left (and not enough to appear intentional). DPCers are brutal on tilted horizons. I would have cropped just over the head to reduce that large area of white sky, and the B&W conversion seems flat (like a straight desaturation). If you have Photoshop, try using Channel mixer for conversion with Green as the dominate channel. Any or all of these flaws could have been overcome with a strong expression from the model, but this girl just looks like she doesn't want to be there, and there's no apparent connection between her and the buses. Take a look at a cropped, straighter version with a channel mixer conversion and I think you'll understand. ;-)
