 This is a friend of ours holding her sleeping daughter on the beach during a recent friend's daughter's birthday party. I just thought the color scheme along with the sweetness of her cuddling made this a precious shot.

I adjusted the sharpness, contrast/brightness, curves and cropping. I could have cropped out her watch, but chose to leave her entire arm in as is.

You got the DOF (depth of field) just right - the woman/child are nicely in focus, and the background is nicely blurred. To my eyes, it looks odd to cut off the woman's head right in the middle of the glasses, I really am left wishing I could see up to her forehead at least. The light is very good on her head, clothing, and the baby's head; her hands are a bit bright.
