 This shot was taken with two Alien Bees AB400 strobes with brolly boxes in my livingroom.

Conversion to b/w was done with gradient map in Photoshop.

The way you processed the skin and eyes creeps me out to be blunt. The skin looks like plastic and the eyes almost glow. No offense.
