 As a photograph, I find the picture a bit blah (too contrived). The only thing going for it is the color and the lines. I Actually put my self over the handrail a bit to get this more centered. Wish that speaker was not at the top for a better symmetry of lights. Actually, nothing more than a "snapshot".

Underexposed by stop and a half.
Shot at ISO 800, 5.6 1/60.
Taken around 3:30pm PST.
White Balance set to Cloudy.

Post Work:
Changed White Balance slightly.
Slight Noise Reduction.
Messed with levels.
Messed with levels again
Slight color boot.
Spot touched the ceiling changed from drab gray/brown to purplish color (hue not that far off)
Further noise reduction applied to ceiling.
Reduced size.
Slight unsharp mask
20 minutes of work in Capture NX.

Guessing 5.2, though I probably will get some DQ since there isn't a subject per say so difficult to put in the middle...

I really enjoy this one, the primary colors, the reflections. It feels like an optical illusion. Great choice.

Good color and lines. A brighter image would have gotten you more mileage with the voters as well as a more centered alignment, IMO. Although the latter may change the dynamic too much. Looks fine as is but just noting what might hold this back some. Good luck.

Love the colour and perspective. Too bad that you can see the light on the right, I think it detracts a little.
