There is a softness to the colors here that is very appealing. This on e growns on you and becomes better the more you look at it.

It isn't centered. Crop should've centered it. Border is meh. great subject matter though. Lighting was fortunate. 7

Even though the horizon is centered, the image appears off centered due to the vertical being off center - and the Capital dome is a little blown out

You've probably already been told this but I think if you had put the dome slap in the middle you'd have the perfect image for the challenge. As it is, you'll probably only win a ribbon ;-) Great work!
