 Taken from my balcony. I have a great view from there. Used Picasa for basic adjustments and Photoshop for levels, curves, saturation and sharpness.

Pretty nice shot depicting what is going on here in Reykjavik during newyears, I like it but I have also seen better, the choice of foreground could have been better.

Sometimes the simple things are better, although it's possible to get nice photograph of lots of fireworks there is most often better to have some kind of simplicity in it or maybe just something standing out in the frame. Not bad though, 5 from me. Happy new year and good luck.
