This is beautifully seen and captured. You should have used the full 640px width and gained detail.

I wouldn't say this is centered because the house overlooking the bay is composed using the rule of thirds. Because of this it becomes the subject rather than the bay itself.

Also, for future reference, make sure you use the full submission size allowed. The more we can see the better we can appreciate your photo.
