 a field near us that floods every winter. There's a retention pond a little farther down that stays dry. I'm sure this would look better with a duck swimming by, but the water is frozen, so they were all swimming in the one tiny patch on the other bank that wasn't frozen. NOt that they would have cooperated and swum where I wanted them to even if they could have.
