My second favourite in this challenge. This is so bleak and ABSOLUTE in it's freezing harshness. Lovely control with the processing as well.

Hmmm? It seems like a snapshot without much editing at all. Maybe I'm wrong? I was hoping for some really cool photos with the expert editing rule in force. Your photo is still nice...I like it...I was just hoping for more.

I think a slightly wider shot would have worked better for me, feel the composition a bit cramped towards the top, almost cutting off those lightposts for example and makes me curious of the rest of the builting to the right. Good shot though.
