| I like the look of the image, the strong contrast and clarity and think it´s above average so I voted a 6. I do find it a bit busy though and nothing specific draws my attention, also I would have removed that blue sign to the left as it is the only blue in the shot, it just steals attention. |

This is a bit busy and doesn't have enough of a subject to hold the eye. From the title I deduce that the gates are supposed to be the subject but by their transparent nature they don't really fill the role...
