So, yeah, this isn't a depiction of a harsh environment but more a depiction damage due to harsh environment. Most likely, it will be a brown ribbon, but I so want to get back into "the challenges" after such a long hiatus that I just had to enter. Although the new year hasn't started, one of my goals is to enter one challenge a week. Besides, I like this photo. :)

There is not enough interest in just the pieces of whatever it is by themselves. They don't hold my eye or allow it to land anywhere. Your focus is VERY narrow which doesn't help out any.

Kewl...I have a photo very similar to this. Not in my portolio though. Anyway, I like the photo, I was just hoping for more use of the expert editing option.

I'm not sure what I am looking at. This fits the challenge in so far as something harsh must have happened to cause this, but this image leaves the view wondering what is going on.
