 This photo was taken outside without a flash about 45 minutes before sunset. All I did for editiing was crop, enhancing the contrast and some work with the color saturation. I wanted to capture the pattern and keep the girl unfocused while still allowing her to have an effect on the energy of the picture. It has a sense of relaxation to it but I also wanted to depict a sort of sadness as she looks into the distance waiting for something.

Nice idea and lighting, just a shame that the person wasn't in focus and the fence had the depth of field. Maybe crop higher up the arm to make it a more regular size format. Not bad though!
