Nice lighting on his face and great detail. I also feel a little selective desat would have worked well here, I like black and white but feel the tones are all to similar.
Very sharp for 500mm. Nice bokeh effect to seperate the subject from the background. Maybe some selectve desaturtion would work well here it the cover over his head were a yellow.
