creative picutre, although I must agree with some others; the fish should be in focus

Babe 4, a fish in the city :) Nice idea, but the fish could have been in better focus, also little dots arount the fish and curious light gray coming from above. Would benefit from burning around the fish.

You sent mail asking me: Pleas let me know, why do you thought that my photo-entry for Sky, titled "Sky High Fish Eye Lens", did not meet the challenge? I know it did need some technical improvements. I learned it is hard to photograph a fish, closeup, from the side, in an aquarium. They just keep turning to see you.

Recently, the **First place winner** for "Dirt" had mostly, pictures of cows.
It could have been shot at a lower angle with More of the dirt showing to Emphasis Dirt, which was the challenge. That seemed an excellent entry for an "Animal" or "Cow" Challenge. Yet it came in 1st place.

DNMC: "Make the sky a key element of your photograph". When the image is first uploaded, I see an out of focus fish. Because this is a "Sky" challeneg, I sit and wonder what a fish ahs to do with the challenge....then I see the refelection in the fish's eye and realise what you were going for. The sky is not a "key element of your photograph"...but just my opinion.

This might have done better if the fish were sharper, and there wasn't the haze all around it.

Nice caption :) This would be perfect for a "Reflection" challenge. The sky doesn't have a whole lot to do with the pic but I'm giving it an 8 because of the creativity employed :) This image should be used in photgraphy advertising.

Im not crazy about this shot. The concept here is not bad. Its definately out of the box type of shot that I tend to attempt with varied results.
The water is murky, the fish is out of focus, the eye is not clear, the overlay of the city doesnt fit the shape of the eye. I would try this again as you have a good idea brewing, just a little more time and effor could produce something really good.

Good effect but fish is blurry and water murky.

I hate the color, this was ment to be in black and white. But for the way you had to set it up I give you an 8 could have been a 10 in black and white. I give you a lot of credit getting this shot.

Weird, but oddly appealing. The eye is sharp; I wish the edge of the fish was sharper.

very cool idea, made me laugh. That being said, I wish the quality of the fish was a little better

I think this is a super concept, just maybe could have been better executed. I'd prefer the fish in focus as well as the eye. Although with the fish not in focus, it does help bring more emphasis to the eye/skyline. Maybe you could have made the eye larger in the frame with a different crop?

rad.... I know it would have been difficult but just a litle more focus on the fish would have been cool. love the idea. carried through with a good eye.
