 This is a very quick edit and isn't at all perfect, but I wanted to show you wht can be done using simple edits, working with what's there. What i did:
- Global curves
- Select sky (broad gradient transition)
- Curves to introduce blue and provide a darkening gradient
- Blur (6px, twide) to rid sky of posterization
- Select water
- Curves (contrast)
- Deselect
- Global USM (local contrast)
- Global USM (sharpening, two passes)
