A closer crop, probably vertical, would enhance the portrait feel. What a gorgeous boy.

Tanner looks cute:) But to much background. It would be better if you cropped it closer to the dog.

5 - Nice setting and colors. Wish Tanner were not chopped in half. A variation in perspective/angle, likely have made this even better in my opinion.

Very distinguished looking fellow...not too sure about the crop. Seems to cut off at the legs.

gorgeous dog ... not fond of the framing here though ... wish it was in portrait orientation ... don't like that the bright lake is right over his/her head ... do like the focus and sharpness ... 6

Beautiful dog. Would have scored much higher if you had not cut him off at the knees.

What a phenominal pose! I'm wondering if the sky had have been either darkened just a bit or blurred, whether it might have brought more attention to Tanner??? I'm really just "nit-picking" to give some constructive critism. Really is a great shot!

Some depth of field would be nice here, but it's still a good shot. :)

Really nice focus but I'm sensing a "chopped off" feeling since you aren't encompassing his entire body. I might crop even further, and just have him larger in the shot, instead of including so much of his surroundings. He's lovely.
