I would have liked to see a little more constrast. At any rate, this is a powerful image.

this hits on something that I've been talking about but not typing about.

Salvation is free - For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselbes; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast - Eph 2:8,9.

Despite the technical imperfection(lack of contrast) this is by far the strongest and most ripe photograph in the challenge. Wonderfully composed, it included just what is necessary to make this scene work in such a moving way.
Great!

Super composition, and a wonderful expression on the 'vendor's face. I wish focus was sharper on the woman.

Wow, though this image is not techically perfect(a bit blurry in parts), it packs a punch!. Nice catch. The expression on her face is interesting, and it looks like her hands are imitating those of the saints on the poster.

If only it were sharper! This really could have blown my socks off if you'd used a fast shutter & it there'd been a little more processing in post to bring the image out more (this is 'Advanced', after all...). As it is, I give it a 7.

Good image although I don't agree with the message. The lack of controlled contrast is throwing me off though. This is a great image to shoot in color and then use PS Raw or PS color control to change the luminance of a few colors and then convert to BW. The robes for example, say they're light blue, selectively make light blue darker and presto I would be more drawn to that part of the image.

Very interesting juxtaposition of East and West. Is the sign to be taken at face value or is there cynicism at work here? Lots of great content. Black and white works well to underscore the "black and white" nature of religion.

photograph could have used a bit contrast boost here.

Image feels a little light overall. Nice composition. Good catch.

I think that a little more contrast would've worked well here--it seems a little flat to me, but a very nice and different shot. Good job and good luck!

Good use of black and white and an amazing capture. I wish there was a little more contrast.
