 Charlie is a rescue animal who was about to be put down when the vets and then my wife felt she deserved a chance. She healed up great and is about as happy as any cocker can be...as long as we are around. Usual PS tools with extra darkening of background, little enhancement of her blonde color, and some cloning to remove a few background spots.

April 2007. Unfortunately Charlie developed a rare autoimmune disease and we lost her after valient attempts by veterinarians at two hospitals tried to save her life. Our only relief is that we gave her a few extra years of loving care and affection that made her last days as good as they ever could be and her memory is in our hearts forever.

4 - Charlie's outline looks a little odd - almost 'spriteish', not sure if this is pp or what. His eyes with more lighting and maybe also getting down to his level, may have made this better in my opinion. 640 too.

Awwwwwww. . . that face looks like my Lacey's face! I love him! Only I can tell Charlie is much more cooperative about being brushed! My dog won't let you come near her with a brush :) Beautiful portrait. I love this one!
