7 - Nice capture. Dog is looking straight at camera it seems. Just a little more clarity/sharper on the dog and softer on the surrounds, make this even better in my opinion.

Nice detail of the fur, but I would like to see his/her eyes. I also find the background distracting--a solid color would work better.
