 I was doing a photo shoot for a friend of her beautiful 3 month old daughter and thought it would be fun to try and capture something she could use for a Christmas card.
Lighting was a nice big window to the left and an umbrella light in front off to the right set just a little higher than my subject.
Editing in Picture it, adjusted contrast, brightness and color saturation, all higher.cropped,and save for web.
Thanks for any advice, I love taking pictures of children (mostly my own two little ones) and people. I have started to have friends and their friends ask for my services. Which is so exciting and a bit scary!!

What a beautiful portrait, love the white with the red santa hat such a cute shot! She looks like a little sleeping beauty. I missed this one when the challenge was on, great work!

Ohmy!! What a truly BEAUTIFUL portrait! I didn't get to this one in the challenge, but I sure would have voted it higher than 5.8!!!

Very cute photo, and lovely 'celestial' looking whites with curtain behind. The whites in front look a little blown, though, and detract from face. 6.

just a little on the soft focus side...I wanted to see some sharpness somewhere but it looks out of focus or something...cute baby and nice pose in any case
