 Kidney bean sprout, 4 days in. Blue card background, hand lit with flashlight. 420EX off camera flash for main light, bounced and diffused in a home made macro studio.

Editing: Nothing much really.

Good photo, good set-up. Good interpretation of the subject. You could make the title more applicable to "life" (the subject of the challenge), but I like it anyway. Good luck

Good colors. The same pic with a real sky in the back would be a stronger statement, but harder to make the subject look as good.
