Wow what a miserable looking day. Really helps the mood. Your subject looks rather irritated too, good titling. Lighting looks good, and the subject is very prominent, almost separated from his background - helps portray the alone feel. Nice job. 7

It seems some of us are born with that expression, semi anger. Fantastic. The dreary out of focus background adds to the drama.9

ouch! I can feel his desperation. I don't normally go for flatness in BW photos, but it helped to accentuate the subject. 8

The goods: positioning of the subject, relevance to the challenge, the rain, the choice of B&W, the subjects expression.
The bads: Uhm... I have to come back to it.

i like this, because i assume its a candid.. i like candid photography.. if it were sharper, i'd give you a better vote.. 7 though because it is something captured and worth capturing ;)
