Perfect timing, super composition; a tiny, tiny tad soft, and the whites are slightly over-exposed, but they are really just quibbles and are not going to stop me giving this a 10. Excellent work!

Nice capture. Good to see the bird is in focus from wing tip to wing tip. This point of view fills the frame nicely and shows off all the feathers well.
