 Taken in raw:
Modified exposure, curves, levels, highlight and shadow contrast, noise, and color saturation and vibrance in rawshooter.

sent to photoshop.

cloned a bunch of dust spots, burned corners of the sky *ONLY* to fix the very apparent dark blob in the middle of the sky from the circular polarizer.

Then I used a resize/sharpen technique to bring it down to size. Added border with "canvas size". Lesson learned: don't include a circular polarizer if you're making long exposures.
