What can I say, I’m sure this will be my lowest scoring image, but I could care less. You can have zoning ordinances keeping liquor stores away from churches, but you can have a McDonalds next to a library tempting unsuspecting kids with genetically modified frankenfoods.

As far as editing, I just decided to over process it in the spirit of McDonald’s menu.

Great idea, but the halos are a bit too much. Did you use the Shadow/Highlight control to bring the sky back down?

Excellent advice! Inclusion of the flag adds sort of an interesting point as well.

There are some pretty bad halos around your posts. Overprocessed. I like the suggestion not to enter McDonald's though!

Think you could have done a better job with the post processing, the strong halo around everything in this shot really bothers me and made me knock off a couple of points, sorry but I voted this a 4.

I like the idea but the glow is somewhat distracting. But its kinda cool and seems to be growing on me the longer I look at it. 6

The post processing here is very sloppy. There are light halo effects around everything.

Nice observation. There's some slight halo artifacts (not sure the technical term) around the signs where I guess you used a mask and levels adjustment? Even then, the halo is uniform giving the image a 'plasticy' translucent effect which adds to the message... Good job.
