 It was early in the morning and the first snow fall of the year. I tried to compensate for my flash going off using curves, adjusting saturation, using a gradient overlay but still the branch is too shiny. I hope some of you have advice regarding making the most of this red maple leaf and the crisp white snow shot.

Too grainy. But color contrast of red leaf against background is nice.

If you back off a from the screen, it looks like there's a little snowboarder in the center. Did this influence the title. I like the red white, and blue.

photo seems very noisy. Was it with high iso? Also, the sun flare by the leaf is a little distracting
