It was a misty, magical morning in the Marin Headlands and Pt Bonitas Lighthouse was enveloped in beautiful light.

I wanted to give an impression of this little lighthouse, almost lost among the towering and dark cliffs and the boiling water. It was touched for just a moment by the rays of the sun.

If this image gives the impression of vulnerability, then I achieved my purpose.

don't care for the processing used here ... the large dark cliff throws off the balance with the too soft sky ...

Closer cropping would have helped, as the light house is too small in my opinion to the central focus. Overall it's nice POV, but the water and the rocks and are dominant.

to me the main subject is bang in the middle of your image, I would have cropped out some of the sky
