WOW! What a shot. Certainly makes me look twice, that's for sure. The eyes are amazing!
But, one of the other first things that jumped out at me were the hands. They don't look right for some reason. I think it's the position, it just doesn't look natural to me overall. The way that one set of fingers is curled and the other set is extended just seems a bit off to me for some reason. And the shadow caused by the extended hand are also a bit distracting to me, just a bit.
Other than that, this is a really amazing shot and very well done. I love the composition of it and the look in her eyes is truely wonderful.

agreed, I think people saw the "blown" section on the left hand and stopped thinking. specifically about how it actually makes the picture work better and seamlessly blend in with the negative space. should have been top 10 at the very least.
Nice! She looks like a porcelain doll! The tones are great! Love the eyes, but in a little critique in my opinion, the light is a bit harsh in her right hand and sleeve... Anyway,I like it very much! I am giving you an 8 :) good luck
