By the time you wrote this comment you will have already been infected with the virus encoded in my image. Within 24 hours your computer will sprout legs and then it will stand up and tap dance on your desk. You will be powerless to stop it! Moowahaaaahaaaa.
Put text (1's & 0's) on a layer over the pic, rasterize the text, liquify and muck around with it a little (would be better to have a mesh of my face to map to), CTRL+click the text layer to select its contents, make the photo layer active, CTRL+SHIFT+I to invert the selection, press delete, hide or delete the text layer, VWALLAH! ;-)
There are probably filters or actions or something that do it better though.
