The flat angle & lighting doesn't do much for me; I'm left with a feeling that is more of confusion than interest. I'm pretty much a newbie here, though, so take my comments with a grain of salt!

I see how you were attempting to implement diagonals in this shot but the effect is far too subtle for me.
