I took this at 4:30 in the morning on a monday since the streets are most deserted then. Too bad I didn't know about the diagonal challenge when I shot this otherwise I would have gone with something else here instead.

Post Processing:

- Neatimage (several passes at multiple stages)
- Shadow/Highlights & tone mapping to bring out some details.
- Lots of curves gradient map, selective color, hue/saturation, etc to get the tones the way I wanted.
- Converted to b/w using channel mixer
- Color Balance and curves to get the final color.
- Smart sharpening

*Post*

I thought this would bomb especially since I went crazy with the neatimage. Thanks to everyone who thought kindly of this.

I'm getting seasick looking at this.... LOL, just kidding, Richard.
I like it. Didn't really noticed the excessive neatimage you mentioned. I think it's a great photo. Those starlight effects are simply wonderful.

Fantastic! But then, you know I like tilted shots. I just assumed the concrete looked like that because it was a night shot, so the shutter was open long enough for it to flow. Ya know, just like water. ;)

Again this is just "TOPS" in my book, and I just love everything about this one.....
The angle, the perspective, rthe coors and composition, just everything about it.....
Also love the post processing as well.

Nice work, Yanko! If you'd asked me, I'd have thought it would bomb as well; so what do we know? Not much! Congrats on top 10.

Simply love the colour tone here, very very appealing. Love the lights as well and the angle gives it real impact! 9

Hmmm. I really like this shot. I just don't like the tilt. I've used it before and gotten dinged on it. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Here, you have a beautiful photo and the extream tilt takes away from that...IMO (for what it's worth). I'll still score it high though.
