This is going to get thrashed by the voters, I predict another sub 5 score for me. I can't wait to see how many <3 votes it gets, should be quite a few.

My poor little boy was having a bath and getting set to go to bed when his silly dad decided to take a few photos to commerate the fact that he was now 11 months old - all it took was 3 or 4 flashes bounced off the wall and he decided that he'd had too much for one day - off to bed.
thirty seconds earlier he had looked like this
- what a killer smile! he knows what to do when you point a camera at him, now I've just got to get him used to the flash and I've got a free model for the next 17 years...

I glad that at least one voter got what I was trying to do with this photo.

This reminds me of the work of Jill Greenberg (the photographer who makes babies cry for photos). Which is not to say, of course, that you were doing that...just that the composition and subject matter are reminiscent.

Aww, what a face!! Like the pic, the lighting looks a little harsh on the left side but probably not alot you could do with an in the moment shot like this. Cute though!

Beyond the cute of this shot (and it's very cute) the coloring is very good.
I think the tones you used add to this shot and make it all the more a good entry.

HEE HEE - a classic. That drop of spiddle on the chin just makes it for me. Love the texture and tonality. The lighting is perfect. Bumping up. 8
