why so small? can't make out the details at this size ...

alas it is quite small and hard to critique. What (aside from the asfault of the road) is the subject?

The image is too small to fairly evaluate. It looks like the selective desaturation was a neat idea to enhance the view down the road.

Image too small. Next time use full size allowed by rules.

Needs to be larger

Too samll. Also an image of a road with power lines so prevalent does not make for the most pleasing image. Great composition, but you need to realize that the lines and street signs are not something that many would consider an excellent subject.

You might want to read the tutorial on sizing, I'm sure you'll fare better scorewise if you do so. My husband had the same problem with his first entry.

You probably heard this before: it's small, the sky is burnt out, the wires are disturbing, it misses color on the trees. 2 because the curved road with the opening between the trees, as a theme, is not that bad.

Too small to really see any detail.

this picture is too small and has little interesting going on in it. Sorry - but keep shooting.

too small

This photo needs to be sized larger. It's size makes it difficult to rate as well I think.

I see few problems here: image too small; too many distractions such as wires, posts and sign.

Too small, why is it partly grayscale? That does not work so well. Lots of power lines. I think you have some good color in the trees, this is advanced editing so I would get some of the power lines out of the photo. I like the curve of the road and the white fence. If you go to learn /tutorials you will find a tutorial on how to set up your photo for dpi, you tend to get marked down a lot for small photos makes it hard to see what is up. Well good luck.

size, size, size. It seems as though this image may be lacking a subject.

This is just way too small.

Size matters
12/01/2006 05:45:46 AM
Looks nice, but I can't really tell. Needs to be larger.

Should always utilize your correct measurement for the entry. 640 x 400. Can't see this photo well enough, so I won't even vote. Sorry.
