 Auto Contrast Auto Levels Exposure highlights and shadows hue and saturation curves removed noise resized sharpened cloned out some minor distractions added border and text.

Beautiful colors! I just wish the capital building was not blown out. That is the first place my eye goes. Only because it is the brightest object. Geat job on capturing the textures in the sky and the water.

Lovely lake, sky, colors, lines, lit capitol dome. Wish for a little more detail in the dome, did you try dodging it? Also consider a somewhat tighter crop with less water.

I love the sky, the border, and the colors - but the Capitol building seems too blown out due to the lighting.

This is a beautiful scene with a nice choice of colors for the test and the border. It's a shame that the capital (?) building is blown out. And being advanced editing, I might have clone out that tall radio tower and hoped it wasn't a "major element".

On second thought, those radio towers ad just a bit of color. Keep it in there.

the only comment would be the blownout building to the right. Apart from that really nice postcard.

The whiteness of the blob is really distracting, though I guess it's the Capitol Building in the town. Other than that, the pic certainly has a postcard-y look to it.
