It's a generally good picture that doesn't have anything really special. It reasons the lack of comments and also the shape of vote diagram. Back to the shot: the bank make the user feel it's not horizontal, even if it is (checking on the pagoda says it is, checking the antenna says it's not perfect). Presenting this much sky may not be the best option without interresting clouds so I'd try a different setup/crop. First, check with a somewhat wider landscape (if the bank ends on the right, include it). Second, concentrate on the pagoda and the tree, in portrait orientation. (I personally prefer this 2nd one.)
