 I traveled to Peru in Sept ... while touring the Sacred Valley of the Inca tribe we came across a group of women and children who lived in the mountains. This little angel just drew me in ... I would have brought her home if I could have ... her face was very chapped from wind burn and her clothes were filthy and tattered ... this is absolutely my favorite photo from my time in Peru.

Yet she is not crying. Content with her balls of string and homemade doll. A lesson we can all learn from.

This is an amazing shot of a simply beautiful little girl. She looks like a doll my wife had when we got married. It looks perfect just like this was a portrait session. This is going into my favorites.

I agree with you this shot stood out in the folder, not only for the model, but for the colors and the feel to it. Very powerful, moving shot.
