 Long exposure shot outside moments after the sun went down coupled with a flash light for extra light and to help the camera focus. Blew the leaves away mid exposure, so the leaves have a translucent look to them. Tricky part was the white balance, Photoshop's Color Balance Dialog helped me get the color I wanted and I desaturated the Reds. Otherwise very minimal PS work was done, the contrasty look comes from the way the photo was lit and exposed for couple with contrast tweaks in Photoshop, but not from dodging and burning.
