Yes, it is the character from the Dr. Suess book "Put me in the Zoo".
It was my daughters favorite book. As soon as she saw the stuffed animal in the store, she had to have it. It was the first thing that came to mind when I saw the challenge was "Spots".

Aside from the spots not being the main focal point, this is cropped a little too tightly and the lighting is kind of dull. Try playing with levels, curves, or even just the brightness/contrast sliders.

Which one is your favorite, the freckle on the shoulder, or the spots on the stuffed toy? :D Wait, maybe you mean HER favorite spot? Hmmm... Anyway, it's fun to look at from a man's POV. Kind of wish she was a little more sharply focused around the face and eyes. JMO of course. Good luck in the challenge.
